We are pleased to announce that this year’s Awards Dinner will take place over the weekend of January 26th and 27th 2019. This year we will be at the Hotel Victoria, Newquay and the club has secured an excellent package for attendees. Hotel details can be found here, but please note that you will need to book via the official form. This will be available soon, when all details are finalised.
We have secured a very favourable room rate, with both standard and seaview rooms available at £50 and £80 respectively. Family rooms are also available with an additional charge of £15 per child. Free WiFi is available as well as use of the hotel facilities such as their swimming pool. Arrival is from 3pm on Saturday 26th, but you will be able to arrive earlier and wait for your room to be allocated.
Dinner will be 7pm for 7.30pm and we have exclusive use of the bar area. The cost for dinner will be around £25. This will be followed by the awards ceremony from around 9pm.
Following the awards there will be entertainment provided by Adrian Elliott and his International Sounds Disco.
