Tregrehan is Back
Truro Motor Club are delighted to announce that the Speed hillclimb will resume this September at Tregrehan near St. Austell.
After a two year break due to track re-surfacing problems Truro Motor Club have, this last week, agreed with Tregrehan House and Garden owners to re-surface parts of the drive in order to resume motor racing at Cornwall's oldest speed venue.
Motor racing was first held at Tregrehan in 1968 and has been at the forefront of the South West's Speed Championship meeting for forty years, often being the venue where the championship was concluded.
September 12th will see motor sport resume at the venue this year. It is also hoped that the day will host trade stands, and a number of classic car and one make club displays.
