are pleased to announce that their

Annual General Meeting

will be held on Monday 27th July 2020

The meeting will be held online using the Zoom application and will commence promptly at 7.30pm.

Members wishing to attend must notify the Club Secretary via email before 6pm on Friday 24th July.

Members who have registered will be sent an invitation by Vice Chairman, Jeremy Thomas via email which will allow you to join in by clicking on the link via your PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone.

There is no need to download anything as the link will take you directly to the application and upon your arrival you will be granted access to attend the meeting.  We ask that you sign on after 7:15pm but no later than 7:25pm so we can start promptly at 7:30pm

To facilitate a speedy online meeting the agenda will be sent out 14 days prior to the AGM the Chairman’s, Treasurer’s and Competition Secretary’s report’s are included with the Agenda as Appendices A, B and C.  Also a list of Members wishing to stand for the committee will be shown on the agenda with senior posts, solicitors and accountants listed.  A link will also be attached to the agenda as there are some documents being posted on the club website that you will need to read through as we are hoping to ratify them at the AGM.
